As a seasoned sales professional with over 20 years experience, I have experienced my fair share of challenges. At the surface level problems are typically diagnosed with finger pointing and usually addressed in the same way. Growth planning and up skilling are no different.
I wanted to overcome this point and shoot way of approaching revenue growth, so I began studying what myself and colleagues were doing to move the needle and highlight the pitfalls along the way. So many years ago I began documenting, testing, applying and iterating as I built new territories, teams and organizations to achieve peak performance. What I learned during this time was that skills, process and strategy when aligned produced repeatable results. Those results translated directly to growth.
I am proud today to be able to share my experience with organizations across multiple verticals in the B2B space and be a fully integrated partner in their growth.
